Step 1: Planning
Each customer is assigned a dedicated CUSTOMER SUCCESS AGENT (CSA). Your CSA will help guide you through the planning process and ask you questions such as:
Is this for an event, direct mailer, handout, media kit?
Who will be the recipient? Demographics?
What is the goal of the project? For example, it is to generate new leads Build customer loyalty? Encourage repeat business? Build awareness? Increase attendance at an event?
Step 2: Design
Whether you have an in-house design team or you need someone to execute your creative idea, we have you covered. We provide you with the necessary materials so you can create the perfect design for the type of product you want. If you need a designer, our talented team will work with you so we can capture your vision.

Step 3: Video Editing
We process the provided video files by adjusting the color, brightness, resolution, and audio levels so that they are optimized to playback in the best quality possible.
Don’t have a video? Our in-house studio can also create and edit the perfect videos for your project.
Step 4: Proof
Our North American facility is fully equipped to print, program, and assemble any project of varying sizes. Because we are located in North America, we are able to deliver your products when you need them. The production team we have here work meticulously so we can always provide quality products we can be proud of.
Step 5: Printing
– We use the latest state-of-the-art award-winning printing and finishing equipment.
– Our digital printing press equipment has been awarded the Idealliance ISO/PAS 15339 certification. It is the first high-volume digital dry toner electrophotographic printing press to receive this certification. This means our press is fully capable of consistently and accurately printing color spaces as specified in the CRPCs (Characterized Reference Printing Conditions) of Idealliance compliance program.
Step 6: Assembly
